Our team includes experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), all working together to deliver high-quality care.We provide full RBT training and ongoing support-no prior certification required.Position OverviewWe are seeking caring, motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic, home, or community settingsFollow treatment plans under BCBA supervisionCollect and record session data accuratelyCollaborate with parents, caregivers, and team membersParticipate in supervision and professional developmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)Experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus, not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyReliable transportationRBT certification is not required to apply.
