Successful candidates will demonstrate:Strong communication skills with clients families and colleaguesEmpathy and compassion for children with diverse needsAbility to stay calm flexible and resourceful in challenging situationsObservational and problem-solving skills to support client progressRequirementsNo prior certification required at hire we provide assistance with RBT trainingMust obtain RBT and CPR certification within 30 days of hireMust complete BCI & FBI background checks before startingPreferred: minimum of 2 years of college education (not required)Work Schedule & LocationsMultiple shifts available: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM Monday through Friday (some weekend availability)Most hours are at our therapy center in Northfield OHSome services may be provided in clients homes schools or community settings throughout the ClevelandAkron areaSpecialty AreaPediatricsReady to Make a DifferenceIf you are passionate about working with children making an impact and growing in your career wed love to meet you!
