Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRegistered Behavior Technician (Part-Time)Potential Inc. Location: Private home in Doylestown, Bucks County Schedule: Weekdays between 3 PM–5 PM (exact hours determined by client need)At Potential Inc., we are dedicated to helping children and adolescents with Autism build meaningful skills and reach their fullest potential. Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) play a critical role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy directly within the home environment. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with a client, implementing individualized treatment plans and supporting growth across cognitive, communicative, social, emotional, and adaptive skill areas.What You'll DoProvide one-on-one ABA therapy to a child or adolescent in their Doylestown home • Implement individualized care plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) • Support progress across functional skill areas including communication, social engagement, emotional regulation, and daily living skills • Bring playfulness, flexibility, and positive energy to each session-staying active and engaged with an enthusiastic learner • Collect accurate data, document session notes, and complete required timesheets and logs • Receive ongoing support and feedback from supervising BCBAs to strengthen your skills • Use basic technology to access treatment plans, record data, and communicate with the clinical teamWho You ArePassionate about working one-on-one with children and seeing the immediate impact of your support • Energetic, playful, and confident engaging with active learners • Receptive to coaching and eager to continually grow under BCBA supervision • Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication • Motivated to strengthen your experience in ABA, education, psychology, childcare, or a related helping professionQualificationsActive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required • High School Diploma or GED • Reliable transportation to a private home in Doylestown, Bucks County • Availability on weekdays between 3 PM–5 PM (exact scheduling dependent on client need)What We OfferSupplementary insurance plans including AFLAC and pet insurance • Support with continuing education, including tuition discounts and potential eligibility for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program • Mental health support via our employee assistance program • 403(b) retirement plan • ZayZoon early wage access & FinFit financial wellness tools • A supportive, tight-knit team committed to growth and shared purposeOur MissionPotential Inc. is a nonprofit organization made up of a tight-knit team driven by a shared belief that every individual with Autism has the potential to learn, grow, and live a fulfilling life.
