Our Katy clinic located at 21630 Merchants Way Bldg. 2 is where passion meets purpose and every day brings new opportunities for growth and impact.Key Responsibilities:Implement individualized treatment plan and learning programs as written and directed by BCBA/BCaBA.Collect data on all behaviors targeted and skill acquisition goals.Meet with supervisors as needed to analyze information gathered.Ensure that documentation is completed and converted in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures.Communicate timely and effectively with supervisors and other members of the team.Qualifications:Current certification as a registered behavior technician.Ability and willingness to travel between client locations for appointments as assigned in a punctual manner.Have a high school diploma or equivalent.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT PECS PRT and other ABAMaintain current CPR.Working knowledge and use of data collection program tools.Basic computer experience (Microsoft Office excel internet).Basic Physical Requirements:Must be able to maintain various postures such as kneeling sitting standing squatting for extended periods of time.Must be able to regularly walk and run for extended periods of time.Must be able to transition from sitting to standing and vice versa independently.Must be able to utilize quick body movements as may be required by the behavior intervention plan.Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.Must be able to transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment.Must have the visual ability to read and understand written communication via computer electronic devices and paper means.Must have the manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions such as data collection.Reliable transportation.Must be willing and able to bring caring to life maintain enthusiasm client engagement and utilize knowledge of ABA terms and principles when trained.What We Offer:Health & Wellness:Comprehensive health dental and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)100% company-paid life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D)Optional short-term and long-term disabilityCritical illness coverageEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Work-Life Balance:Generous paid time off (PTO) including holidays sick leave and vacationFinancial Security:401(k) with company matchEmployee Bonus Referral ProgramJoin our team at Reliant ABA Therapy Inc. and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while furthering your professional development.
