If you are required to provide in-home services you will be appropriately trainedQualifications:Required:At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certificationTeammates are required to have reliable transportation to the clinic Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, unless the teammate is on prescheduled PTO Passion for working with children and making a difference Preferred:BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification Experience working with children with developmental disabilities Physical Requirements:The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time.
