If you're passionate about working with children and looking to make a meaningful impact, wed love to meet you!What You'll DoAs a Registered Behavior Technician, youll play a vital role in helping children grow, learn, and thrive. Youll work one-on-one with clients, using ABA strategies to support their development and reduce challenging behaviors - always with guidance and support from our clinical team.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniquesMaking learning fun through structured play and interactive activitiesTracking progress and collecting data on skill development and behaviorsCommunicating with families and team members to ensure consistent supportHelping adapt therapy plans to fit each child's unique needsBringing creativity, energy, and patience to every sessionWhat We're Looking ForThe perfect candidate will have experience in the ABA field and hold an active RBT certification. In efforts to streamline and ensure you have the most up to date knowledge - we provide full, paid training. We also seek those passionate in working with kids and have a commitment to making a difference.Qualifications:High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plusActive RBT Certification, or have previously held an RBT certification that is eligible to recertify upon review and hire.A love for working with children and a desire to learn and growStrong communication and observation skillsReliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently in home and community settingsTech-savvy and organized, with a positive and creative mindsetAble to work flexible hours (including after school and evenings)Why Join Us?We believe that when you grow, we grow.
