Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time off ```Duties```- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior- Assist with patient assessments and evaluations- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans- Use applied behavior analysis techniques to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors- Assist with the development and implementation of behavior support plans- Help clients develop daily living skills, social skills, and communication skills- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations```Requirements```- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and treatment protocols- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent data collection and documentation skills- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Willingness to learn and implement new strategies and techniques- Reliable transportation to travel to client locationsPlease note that this position requires working directly with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
