Come bloom with us and change a family's life!Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disorders in their home. RBTs are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, skill acquisition goals, and having a great time through play with their clients. RBTs will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Currently enrolled in a Master’s program? No problem — we offer free RBT training at no cost to you.Plus, enjoy unlimited $350 referral bonuses when you refer qualified employees to Blooming Behavior Services**!This role will approximately 16 - 20 hours per week, with working hours from 2:30 PM - 7:40 PM, Monday-Friday.This role will be 16 - 25 hours per week with a requirement to work Monday through Friday from 3-5 PM.
