Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Blooming Behavior Services is looking for dedicated and energetic people who love working with children. We provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the spectrum or with developmental disabilities. We strive to provide the best treatment possible for our clients. Come bloom with us and change a family's life!Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disorders in their home. RBTs are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, skill acquisition goals, and having a great time through play with their clients. RBTs will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Currently enrolled in a Master’s program? RBTs pursuing their Master’s degree are eligible for a $350 sign-on bonus*!Already certified as an RBT? Receive a $250 sign-on bonus* when you join our team!Not yet certified? No problem — we offer free RBT training at no cost to you.Plus, enjoy unlimited $350 referral bonuses when you refer qualified employees to Blooming Behavior Services**!This role will approximately 16 - 20 hours per week, with working hours from 2:30 PM - 7:40 PM, Monday-Friday.This role will be 16 - 25 hours per week with a requirement to work Monday through Friday from 3-5 PM.
