This position is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA or supervisor.Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:Direct work with clients as assigned implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction planWork across multiple settings (home, school, clinic)Parent trainingAssist with individualized assessment procedures (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PT, DI, EFL etc..), assist with social skills groups, or other program areas assignedAdditional duties as assigned Education/Skills required:High school diploma or equivalentBe at least 18 years of ageRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferredSuccessfully complete a criminal background registry check at the time of applicationComplete a 40-hr training program preferredPass the RBT exam delivered through the BACB & Maintain active RBT Certification statusExperience with young children and children with developmental disabilities including ASD preferred
