We are a clinician owned company. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role: in home, daycare, preschool based in Atlanta, GA, for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, daycare, or preschool environmentsImplement individualized behavior and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervisionUse play-based, DTT, and naturalistic teaching strategies to promote communication, social, and daily living skillsCollect accurate data and maintain session documentationDemonstrate a genuine passion for providing meaningful, quality care to every childCommunicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and team membersMaintain professionalism, reliability, and positivity across all sessions Qualifications Active RBT CertificationHigh school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)Passion for working with children, especially in early intervention and developmental learningAbility to actively engage and play with young learners while maintaining structure and consistencyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsDependable, patient, and eager to learnAbility to work in varied environments (home, daycare, preschool)Successful background check and complete RBT certification (training provided if needed)Reliable transportation
