This role involves working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support children in developing communication, social, and adaptive living skills through structured, evidence-based interventions.What Youll DoProvide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA.Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.Collect data and track progress to support treatment adjustments.Encourage skill development in communication, social interactions, and adaptive behavior.Maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for learning and growth.RequirementsActive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
