Our services are offered across diverse settings including schools home-based care outpatient clinics and inclusive preschools.As a leading healthcare service provider in the East Bay renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional care to children with special needs and their families we are proud to be a woman-driven pediatric therapist-led organization.Position Overview/ Role of a Registered Behavior Technician:We are excited to announce the upcoming opening at our Manteca outpatient clinic/preschool and are seeking a dynamic BT/RBT to join our expanding team.Work 1:1 with children in clinic or school settingImplement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independenceEnergetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilitiesCollect and record data to monitor client progressCollaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure successAttend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessionsWhat Were Looking For:A Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) CertificationExperience working with children in ABA therapy childcare education psychology or a related fieldHigh school diploma required (Bachelors in Psychology Education or related field preferred)Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessionsAbility to pass a background check and health screeningsTech -Savviness: Comfortable with moderate use technologyAbility to actively engage with clients sit on the floor go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs.
