A successful candidate will have patience, a playful attitude, and a passion for children in generalprevious experience working with special education students teaching them valuable life skills is desired but not required. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with our faculty and staff to improve student behavior and make general improvements for the well-being of the clients. You will be providing 1:1 ABA therapy for a child.Responsibilities:Communicate with autism caregivers and teachers.Interact with patients and keep them safe.Plan and implement treatments.Document patient behavior.Organize schedules.Work with multiple staff members.Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years oldPass a background checkHave a High School diploma or GEDWe will provide training, you do not need to be an RBT to apply.
