Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMake a Difference as a Behavior Technician (RBT/BT)Position SummaryAs a Behavior Technician at Alpha & Omega Kids, you will play a hands-on role in helping children with autism and developmental differences build new skills and thrive. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll follow individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA and provide therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
