In this role, you will work 1:1 and in group settings with clients, implement sill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and work under a BCBA to help your clients achieve their highest success.ResponsibilitiesDelivers direct ABA therapy 1:1 or in a small group format to children on the Autism SpectrumAccurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment planAccurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plansMaintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the clientCollaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etcUphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelinesPromptly report all incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitationProvide high quality customer service to clients and their familiesParticipate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvementQualificationsHigh School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework is preferred)The desire to work with children and experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is preferredPrevious experience as a behavioral health therapist preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organizedIf not already RBT certified, commitment to become certified and maintain the certification as an RBT
