Multiple Locations: Lynwood / Skid Row / Bell Gardens / Commerce / Palmdale / Lancaster

Pay: $25/hr -$28.46 per hour + full benefits

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join a community clinic team. In this role, you will assist dentists with direct patient care, sterilization, preparation, and instrument management. Responsibilities include chairside assistance, radiographs, equipment maintenance, and supporting efficient patient flow. You may also assist with scheduling, verifying insurance, and managing patient check-in and check-out. This position requires adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a team-oriented approach to support patients in both clinic and community-based oral health programs.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Dental Assistant Certification or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
• Coronal Polishing, X-Ray, BLS/CPR (through AHA), and Pit & Fissure Sealants (within 60 days of hire if not already held)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical dental setting
