Join Our REAL Food Mission!Registered Dietitian Supervisor Location: Panorama City CA 91402Compensation: $104000-$108000 annually Full-TimeSchedule: Monday-FridayJob SummaryLead the way in shaping exceptional nutrition care! As a Registered Dietitian Supervisor youll combine your clinical expertise with leadership skills to guide a dedicated team of dietitians and this role youll champion quality standards streamline operations and collaborate across disciplines to deliver personalized nutrition plans that make a real impact on health and well-being.What Youll DoOversee daily operations of nutrition services ensuring compliance with CMS state regulations and facility policies.Supervise and mentor dietitians and diet technicians providing guidance and performance feedback.Develop and implement nutrition programs that meet patient needs and organizational goals.Monitor quality assurance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with physicians nursing and other departments to support patient care plans.Manage scheduling workload distribution and staff development.Assist with budgeting cost control and resource allocation for dietary services.Maintain accurate documentation and participate in audits and inspections.Perform other duties as assigned.What You Will BringCurrent Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and state licensure (as applicable).Bachelors degree in Nutrition Dietetics or related field; Masters preferred.35 years of clinical or foodservice experience with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of nutrition standards regulatory compliance and food safety practices.Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in menu planning systems EHRs and Microsoft Office.Training in leadership or management principles (preferred).Prior experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).BLSServSafe Certification.Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.Physical and Sensory RequirementsIn this role you will spend most of your time in offices patient care areas and meetings but periodic kitchen visits are part of your oversight responsibilities. Therefore this job involves occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes airborne particles and moderate noise. Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions extreme temperatures and vibration may also occur in the kitchen area.
