We focus on offering a high-quality, service-oriented environment for your surgical procedure. Registered Nurse Clinical Manager at Upper Bay Surgery CenterDirects, coordinates and controls the multi-disciplinary activities for patients undergoing surgical intervention in a safe environment. The RN Clinical Manager will be overseeing clinical operations, managing nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsible for interpretation, direction and evaluation of nursing practice to promote safe, efficient and therapeutically effective nursing care throughout the Center.
