The RN Coordinator is responsible for helping to create and promote a culture that promotes quality patient care and service excellence. Utilizes and teaches evidence based practice to develop the clinical competence of bedside caregivers. This position will engage and motivate staff to achieve a culture of clinical excellence by coaching, teaching, encouraging, demonstrating and role modeling expected behavior of staff.Minimum Requirements:Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursingExperience: 3 years in an acute hospital based nursing practice in area of specialty.License: Must be currently licensedCertification: Certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
