This project comes with upgrades to monitors, towers, cameras, and scopes, that improve the technique and visibility for our surgical procedures. In addition to our physical upgrades, we continue to expand our team of surgeons and have grown in the volume of cases we are able to do each year. In 2023, surgery did 7,837 procedures, a 12% growth in volume from 2022. Provides direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Meets the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural and needs of the patient and family. Communicates effectively with all members of the health care team as appropriate about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment. Performs patient care and communicates effectively with patients of all ages and specific needs. Assists physicians with procedures and performs services requiring Must be willing to take call shifts RN license in state of KY or compact state Associate's Degree in Nursing Required Bachelor's degree in nursing Preferred Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
