JOB DESCRIPTION
Regulatory Performance Analyst
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Regulatory Performance Analyst Position type: Fulltime - Contract role Duration: 3+ Months Location: Philadelphia, PA As a Regulatory Performance Analyst, you will:
- Be responsible for interpreting and analyzing federal and state requirements, especially the Affordable Care Act, and providing guidance to operational teams.
- Be responsible for using compliance tracking software to document corrective action plans (CAPs), develop remediation strategies, and maintain updates.
- Be responsible for partnering with business units to close compliance gaps, analyze root causes, provide remediation evidence, and update policies/procedures.
- Be responsible for identifying trends, monitoring risks, escalating issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; minimum 3 years in managed care, healthcare, or related field.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with Citrix.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in compliance and knowledge of health insurance operations/regulations.
- A JD or legal research experience are both highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with ACA requirements and their operational impact.

Pay Range*: Between $45 - $47 per hours *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
