You will be working on ground-breaking novel regulatory matters in the crypto space including pioneering new crypto licensing regimes working closely with Policy Team on crypto policy development and helping shape the regulatory environment in the US. You will have responsibility for regulatory matters as they pertain to the US business which covers both institutional and consumer business lines as well as our DeFi products. You will work with that business to address challenging legal and regulatory matters along our continued journey of growth.Practically speaking this includes the provision of legal and regulatory support on a variety of matters spanning entity licensing and registration product distribution service provider relationships and more across consumer and institutional client segments.
