Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:The Regymen Coach is able to inspire, entertain and energize our participants from the moment they arrive until to time they walk out the door. Coaches must enjoy being the center of attention while delivering the best new workout in the county. We will offer training sessions in the format of BURN, BOX, and BUILD. These training sessions are made up of different combinations of treadmill, boxing, and weight training. Coaches will lead up to 18 participants through a workout at a time. All selected applicants will be asked to audition. Final applicants will be taken through a week-long training and will have the opportunity to do a final audition. Top performers will become a Regymen Coach. Coaching the workout can be taught - what we are really looking for are the top entertainers that can put on a show!Requirements:Provides excellent member service and seeks out opportunities to create “Magical Moments” for our participantsAbility to thrive in fast paced environment, as well as the ability to multitask in a large group setting, with excellent time management and organizational skillsPositive attitude, inspirational, confident, outgoing, strong personality and can build strong relationships. Energize and inspire participants throughout the workout.Be a Regymen and Y ambassador inside and outside the training studioAssist in sales when needed. Be available to coach and sub at local Regymen studios.Ensure proper exercise technique and modify workout to all fitness levelsBACKGROUND CHECKS:An offer of employment is contingent upon receipt of satisfactory results to meet minimum requirements of the position.
