They are dedicated to patient and family centered care that values personal self-determination skilled at managing multiple priorities at once and engaging in creative compassionate and ethical problem solving.Job RequirementsHas excellent understanding of rehab admission criteria both pre-admission admission and discharge and insurance payor. Requirements for rehab admission. Measurement: Chart Review. Obtains prompt authorization from payors prior to patient admission to the Rehabilitation Center. Collaborates effectively with payors and provides timely documentation for admission authorization review. Measurement: Chart Review.
