Rehab Product Specialist Louisiana at Pride Mobility & Quantum Rehab

Salary: $53000 plus commissionDESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARYTo achieve sales and market share growth through relationship building product education business strategy development and support for Quantum Providers and Rehab Facilities within an assigned geographical area and account baseRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIESEstablish strong clinical respect and presence with therapists and decision makers within the rehab community to ensure Quantum products are at the forefront of the assigned geographical areaBuild strong relationships with Quantum and Pride Providers and Rehab Facilities which includes business meetings product education and demo facilitation while working closely with Rehab Professionals and Clinicians on daily mobility assessments for rehab clientsCommunicate consistently with Rehab Product Support Associates Regional Managers and the Quantum Team in order to fulfill needs of Rehab providers in the assigned geographical areaAchieve revenue goals and sales quotasEstablish strategic action plans and work effectively with all Quantum departments to ensure Quantum products hold the majority market share within all Rehab Facilities/Referral Sources and sales goals expectations are exceededIdentify Unrealized Sales Opportunities (USOs) for all business lines especially Quantum within assigned account base and referral sourcesDevelop strategic travel/call rotation within assigned geographical area to build and maintain relationships with Quantum Providers and Rehab Facilities on a consistent basisEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents incidents or injuries are promptly reported to managementComplete the annual CTPAT Security TrainingFocus on continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgmentWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectationsPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessaryREQUIRED SKILLSMust be a team player friendly professional detail-oriented and honestMust have the ability to:Multi-task problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced working environmentDemonstrate and troubleshoot productWork with multiple departments as a cross-functional teamLift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbsTravel overnight drive extensively fulfill after-hours requirements and transport demo equipment as business needs dictateMust have:Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvementBasic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Excel and PowerPointBasic knowledge of the clinicians role in equipment considerations and the decision-making process in rehab facility systemsExcellent relationship building skillsExcellent web navigation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent presentation public speaking and training skillsIntermediate mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skillsPREFERRED SKILLSExcellent working knowledge of seating positioning and equipment considerations for the common diagnosis in the rehab community as it applies to Quantum/Pride products preferredIntermediate knowledge and understanding of clinical diagnoses terminology and equipment considerations preferredIntermediate knowledge of the clinicians role in equipment considerations and the decision-making process in rehab facility systems preferredREQUIRED EXPERIENCEAt least 2 years of experience with direct patient contact conducting and/or observing mobility evaluations and equipment considerations in a Rehabilitation and/or Clinical setting OR at least 5 years of direct patient contact in a Rehabilitation and/or Clinical setting as a Clinician with a vast understanding of clinical diagnoses as they relate to Quantum/Pride product usersPREFERRED EXPERIENCEAt least 2 years of rehab equipment sales experience preferredCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferredREQUIRED EDUCATIONAssociate Degree in a Health Care related field OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of the required experiencePREFERRED EDUCATIONBachelors Degree in a Health Care related field preferredCertification and/or credentials in Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) preferredAssistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification preferredREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futureDETAILSThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusiveThis is a safety sensitive positionIn exceptional circumstances some of the physical requirements of this position may be modified or eliminated as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities ActPride Mobility Products/Quantum Rehab is an Equal Opportunity employer.
