DescriptionWork Schedule:This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a hybrid position.Be part of something remarkableBring your customer service experience to the #1 hospital in Wisconsin!We are seeking a Reimbursement Representative to:Follow up with third party payers and patients on outstanding account balances (including credit balances) to facilitate prompt resolution of outstanding account balances.Verify patient coverage information and update registration as required. RequiredRevenue Cycle (healthcare business financial or insurance) experience.
