Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Release Coordinator to join their team. As a Release Coordinator, you will be part of the Release Management department supporting cross-divisional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Coordinate all aspects of the software release process, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of updates.

Collaborate with Development, QA, and vehicle operations teams to track progress and meet release milestones.

Analyze release blockers, track test results, and facilitate successful resolution of issues.

Evaluate and improve existing release management processes and procedures for increased efficiency.

Automate manual release processes using programming languages and AI tools to streamline workflows.

0-2 years of experience working with large, complex products or systems.

Understanding of software version control systems, especially git and command line interfaces.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.

Experience in defining release readiness criteria and ensuring all changes meet these criteria prior to deployment.

Ability to automate manual processes using programming languages such as Python and AI tools like Co-Pilot or similar.
