Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA notable independent restaurant group seeks a Japanese Sushi Chef to join its Michelin level omakase-style restaurant. The team seeks an experienced SushiChef with upscale sushi experience to join this small, 15 seat dinner only, fine dining omakase chef's counter restaurant. The intimate dining experience requires a level of artistry and hospitality from the Sushi Chef. Candidates must be familiar with proper nigiri technique, various aspects of fish butchery--particularly as applied to Japanese fish--immaculate organization, clean work technique and a polished and professional demeanorThe compensation for this position is hourly plus tips and benefits.This is a full time position with services 5 days a week.
