Together we can renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils!Learn more about us as a workplace Adhesive Materials is looking for a Reliability Technician to join our team in Dixon IL.Greetings from your future managerWe have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reliability Technician in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Dixon this technical role you will enjoy working with advanced automation you are interested in continuous learning and being involved in a quick-paced safe environment this position is for you Martin Hicks Maintenance SupervisorWhat you will doConduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtimeUtilize diagnostic tools and data analysis techniques to monitor equipment health and identify potential issues earlyAnalyze failure modes and support root cause investigations implementing corrective actions to improve performanceCollaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to develop and execute reliability improvement plansDocument and report maintenance activities and equipment performance ensuring accuracy and compliance with standardsMaintain inventory of essential spare parts and tools supporting efficient maintenance operationsParticipate in safety and risk assessments promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practicesStay current with industry trends and technologies sharing knowledge and mentoring team members to foster continuous improvementWho you areYou have a certification in Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Management or equivalent credentialsYou have an associate degree or technical diploma in engineering technology mechanical or electrical engineering or a related fieldYou have 23 years of experience in equipment maintenance or reliability engineering ideally within a relevant industry sectorYou are proficient in using CMMS systems and diagnostic tools with a solid understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance techniquesYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematicsYou are knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices ensuring compliance and continuous improvementYou have excellent communication and teamwork abilities fostering collaboration across teamsYou are detail-oriented and highly organized with strong documentation skills and a methodical approach to workThis is what we offer to youA meaningful job We have an inspiring purpose UPM we renew the everyday.
