DetailsSpecialty: Family MedicineSchedule: 1.0 FTE, 36 Patient Contact Hours; 4 Hours of Admin time per week; Clinic hours are 7:00am to 5:00pmCall Schedule: Rotation: 1:13. On–Call provider takes nightly/weekend/Holiday call.Practice Detail: Ascension medical Group–Koeller St Clinic, Oshkosh, WI is looking for a Family Practice Advanced Provider to join our elite team (2 MD/DOs and 4 Nurse Practitioners – fully staffed). Thriving clinic environment. Providers see 12–18 patients per day. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic studies. Licensure from the Minnesota Board of Nursing is also accepted. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in. Verified by local credentialing office.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Minnesota Board of Nursing OR current home state license, if considered multi–state/Compact State, also accepted. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in. Verified by local credentialing office.Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
