Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school and admitted to the CA bar
Demonstrated experience handling depositions, including taking and defending them
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
Proven Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
Preferred qualifications include litigation experience, appellate work or judicial clerkship.
