Position: Mortgage Processor (Bilingual Spanish/English)Location: Remote (PA NJ CT or NY only)Schedule: MondayFriday 9 AM5 PMCompensation: $50000$60000 monthly per-file bonusEmployment Type: Full-timeA growing mortgage team is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Mortgage Processor to support loan officers and borrowers throughout the file preparation and submission process. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and experience using Encompass.Responsibilities: Work directly with loan officers and borrowers to collect and organize documentation Prepare complete loan files for underwriting review Ensure accuracy of all documentation prior to submission Maintain clear communication and follow-up throughout the process Support pipeline movement to meet deadlines and expectationsRequirements: Bilingual Spanish/English (required) Experience as a mortgage processor Proficiency with Encompass LOS Strong communication and documentation skills Must reside in PA NJ CT or NY Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel National Mortgage Staffing does not set the job requirements.
