Remote Claims Examiner - Commercial Auto Liability Our client, a large Insurance Co, has a need for a Claims Examiner - Commercial Auto Liability. The Claims Examiner will analyze and process commercial auto transportation claims by reviewing coverage, completing investigations, determining liability and evaluating the scope of damages. Pay Rate: $39.26 Per hour. Remote work is ONLY open to candidates that live in one of the following states: TX, IL, IN or WI. Hours Per Week: 37.5 Work days: M-F Expected Project Length: May 4th - June 30th 2026. (Can Be extended longer.) Essential Responsibilities: Processes commercial auto bodily injury claims and ensures claim files are properly documented and coded correctly. Responsible for litigation process on litigated claims. Develops and maintains action plans to ensure state required contact deadlines are met and to move the file towards prompt and appropriate resolution. Education and Experience: Five (5) years of commercial auto claims management Auto casualty, Commercial auto liability and coverage Bodily injury handling (examples of mid to high level injury handling.) Threshold handing up to 1 million. Licensed in the contiguous 48 states. Litigation handling experience pertaining to BI Preferred Education and Experience TPA (Preferred) Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Background credit check is required for this position.
