Key Responsibilities: Coordinate hotel reservations for both individual and group clients.Confirm booking details preferences and budget requirements.Communicate with hotels and travel partners to secure the best availability and rates.Manage changes cancellations and special requests with attention to detail.Maintain accurate records and data using online booking systems.Provide professional customer service and efficient problem-solving support.
