This team sits inside our broader 80 engineer organization that includes internal/SQL middleware product and platform teams.The Innovation Engineering team focuses on:Designing and delivering cutting-edge applications using React TypeScript AWS Lambda and infrastructure-as-code ( Pulumi/Terraform).Rapid experimentation AI-driven solutions (LLMs prompting RAG/vector storage model training) and mission-critical engineering accelerators.Supporting internal engineering teams with scalable frameworks modern architecture and hands-on DevOps and CI/CD enablement.We support internal product teams business stakeholders and engineering leadership helping unlock automation improve patient experiences and increase operational efficiency across Aeroflow.What makes this team specialHigh autonomy rapid delivery and high visibility work.Opportunity to build greenfield tools that directly impact patient care operational excellence and organizational scalability.A collaborative no-ego culture that values experimentation creativity and engineering craftsmanship.Your Primary ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking a Hybrid Fullstack Software Engineer.This role is responsible for developing highly performant fullstack applications while helping maintain and evolve the infrastructure that supports our engineering ecosystem.In this role you can expect to:Design & DevelopmentArchitect design and build fullstack applications and microservices that are scalable performant and maintainable.Develop modular serverless microservices within a cloud-native environment.Innovation & CollaborationParticipate in ideation and innovation sessions contributing creative technical solutions that drive business value.Collaborate with stakeholders designers product owners and engineers to deliver high-quality software.Quality & TestingWrite clean well-documented testable code.Build unit and integration tests; debug troubleshoot and resolve production issues.DevOps & InfrastructureImplement and optimize CI/CD pipelines.Support infrastructure-as-code using dev CloudFormation Pulumi or Terraform.Monitor maintain and optimize deployed applications in high-volume production environments.Continuous ImprovementStay current with emerging trends tools and technologies.Share best practices improve engineering standards and mentor peers as needed.ComplianceMaintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws regulations and policies.Compliance is a condition of employment and an element of job performance.Other job duties as assigned.Skills for SuccessCandidates who stand out will demonstrate:Strong end-to-end ownership of engineering deliverables.Ability to build scalable systems in cloud-native/serverless architectures.Excellent communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Curiosity creativity and a passion for innovation.Ability to simplify complexity move quickly and operate with minimal friction.A team-first mindset with no ego and a desire to elevate those around you.Required Qualifications3 years fullstack engineering experience.Strong proficiency in React TypeScript .js experience is a plus.Proven experience designing and building production-grade fullstack applications.Deep understanding of microservices especially in serverless AWS environments.Experience with AWS services such as Lambda SNS SQS DynamoDB RDS S3 CloudFront.Experience supporting and debugging systems in high-volume production.Familiarity with Git Jira and general system/network administration.Experience with infrastructure-as-code.
