This is a full-time remote role (U.S.-based only) that combines empathy sales skills and legal service knowledge to change lives for the better.Responsibilities:Confidently discuss and close high-ticket retainersMeet with scheduled prospects in person and by phone/videoPresent the firms legal services clearly and persuasivelyCollaborate with attorneys and intake staff for smooth client onboardingTrack leads calls and conversions in our CRMParticipate in weekly training and sales coaching sessionsQualifications:Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written)Experienced in Sales:2 years of sales closing experienceEmpathetic Communicator:Able to speak with warmth and confidence to clients in emotionally vulnerable situationsOrganized & Self-Driven:You manage your time well follow up without being told and consistently hit your goalsU.S.-Based & Remote-Ready:Youre authorized to work in the U.S. and comfortable working from home in a professional environmentAbout RWI LawRWI Law focuses on Family Law Employment Law and Civil Litigation.
