Job Title: Oracle Variable Incentive Compensation (VIC) Consultant Location: REMOTE Type: Contract/Full-time Overview: Seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of Oracle SPM and VIC modules for a direct banking client ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Cloud Fusion and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document functional requirements for Oracle SPM and VIC modules. Lead Critical Review Processes (CRP) to validate business objectives. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT). Implement Oracle SPM and VIC modules while adhering to best practices. Manage integrations with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Financials and Salesforce. Provide end-user training and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME). Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field. Functional expertise in Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM). Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle VIC implementations. Experience integrating with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM and Financials. Familiarity with Salesforce and third-party application integrations. Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
