Position: Senior Mortgage Loan ProcessorLocation: Lubbock TX (preferred) Remote considered for highly qualified candidatesSchedule: Full-timeCompensation: $5560K base monthly funding bonus quarterly incentivesWere seeking an experienced detail-oriented Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to support a high-performing mortgage team. This branch is consistently top-ranked for funded units and needs a processor who can manage volume communicate clearly and keep files moving efficiently.Responsibilities: Review loan files for accuracy completeness and guideline compliance Verify borrower documentation for income assets credit and eligibility Obtain and review AUS results (DU & LP) Prepare and clear conditions in a fast-moving pipeline Prioritize workflow to meet contract dates and closing timelines Collaborate with loan officers underwriters and internal partners Support borrowers with professional proactive communication Work across Conventional FHA VA USDA Non-QM and complex borrower scenariosRequirements:5-8 years of recent mortgage processing experience Experience with Conventional FHA VA USDA Jumbo & Non-QM loans Strong understanding of structuring guidelines and investor requirements Must have processed within the last 6 months Ability to handle high-volume pipeline and complex scenarios Encompass LOS experience strongly preferred Strong organizational skills accuracy and follow-throughNational Mortgage Staffing does not set the requirements for this role; all hiring criteria are established by our client.Thank you for your interest!If your background aligns with our clients needs one of our Recruiters will reach out.
