Job Title: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant (Techno-Functional) Location: Remote Visa: USC GC H1B transfer EAD W2 We are looking for an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Technical Consultant with solid hands-on experience in ORC integrations reporting data loads and workflow configuration. This role requires strong technical skills with a good understanding of the functional Recruiting lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop ORC integrations using OIC REST/SOAP APIs HCM Extracts HDL/HSDL. Build OTBI/BIP recruiting reports custom dashboards and analytics. Create and maintain offer letter templates screening questionnaires and approval workflows. Design Fast Formulas for eligibility validation approval routing and data transformations. Lead data migration of candidates requisitions templates screening questions and job models. Build Redwood/VBCS extensions for recruiter and candidate pages. Troubleshoot ORC workflows integrations and reporting issues. Support CRP SIT UAT testing cycles and help users validate recruiting transactions. Collaborate with HR/TA teams to gather functional requirements and optimize recruiting processes. Required Skills 4 6 years Oracle Cloud HCM experience with at least 2 years dedicated to ORC. Strong experience with OIC REST APIs HDL HCM Extracts OTBI BIP. Hands-on experience with ORC integrations (job boards background checks onboarding systems). Good functional knowledge of requisition candidate offer hiring flow.
