As a Renewals Account Executive the goal of your role is to oversee client renewals discover growth opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction. Using a consultative approach and active listening skills you will gain knowledge of each businesss unique challenges and needs working across a group of lenders including Fora Financial to offer the most appropriate financing solution available to generate Renewal business from our past and current small business customers.A Day in the Life of a Renewals Account Executive:You will work with our existing customer base speaking with business owners and their representatives to align their needs for capital with the appropriate financing option(s)You will receive and cultivate your own book of business (i.e. no cold calling) communicating with merchants throughout the day to gather information and utilize Salesforce to organize and update those interactions You will collaborate with a team of experienced sales leaders learning and evolving a core set of sales strategies and techniques through ongoing training and developmentCompensation & Perks:Highly competitive compensation plan including a$55000base salarycommission (average monthly commissions $2500) and additional incentivesRenewals AEs who reach targets can earn $100K in salary and commission in their first year.Weekly and monthly team and individual contests offering performance bonusesDirector led trainings development programs and e-learningsA friendly fun yet ambitious office culture with frequent team building and social events including happy hours quarterly top performers dinners inter-departmental lunch and learns and fiercely competitive ping pong matchesOpportunity for advancement resulting in additional responsibilities and higher earning potentialBreakfast snacks and weekly lunch provided onsiteHybrid working model offering employees the option to work from home one day a weekWhat Were Looking For:2-5 years of experience in previous inside sales role(s) preferred (renewals experience a huge plus)Possess a closer mindset who is motivated by financial successA track record of exceeding quotas and achieving KPIs on a consistent basisProficient use of MS Office Suite Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plusHigh integrity positive attitude maturity and a willingness to learn grow and be coached by a team of experienced sales professionalsStrong active listening skills and capacity to ask probing questionsAbility to work in a fast-paced growing environmentand thrive under pressureDesire to be financially successful with the work ethic that matchesAbout Fora FinancialFora Financial is a technology enabled leading provider of flexible financing to small and medium sized businesses.
