1. Introduction
Almighty Rentals was founded in 2006 by owners Daniel and Christie, starting as a small operation with just the two of them. Since then, it has grown into an impressive business with a 14,000 sq. ft. facility located on 12 acres. This manual provides an overview of job descriptions, responsibilities, policies, and expectations for all employees at Almighty Rentals. It is designed to establish clear guidelines for workplace behavior, performance, and operational procedures.

Attendance & Punctuality
- Work hours: MondayFriday (7:30 AM5:30 PM); Saturday (8:00 AM12:00 PM, rotating schedule). Employees who work a Saturday shift have the option of taking a day off during the week.
- Employees must arrive 30 minutes before opening.
- Overtime is normally available and expected.
3. Job Descriptions & Responsibilities
Inside Sales (Rental Agent/Counter Associate)
- Handle customer inquiries and reservations using the FocalPoint POS system.
- Process rental agreements and verify customer information.
- Provide equipment recommendations based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with the yard team for equipment staging and availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and rental agreements.
Daily Duties:
- Review contracts with customers and update calls.
- Process reservations and delivery schedules.
- Maintain an organized rental counter.
Weekly Duties:
- Audit open orders and inventory.
- Check missed rental logs.
- Update displays and showroom arrangement.
Monthly Duties:
- Conduct inventory audits.
- Review sales or rental display effectiveness.
Outside Sales Representative
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial accounts.
- Travel to customer locations to discuss rental and purchase options.
- Generate new business through networking and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Collaborate with inside sales and yard teams to ensure seamless service.
Yard Associate
- Clean, inspect, and stage rental equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment.
- Maintain the yard's cleanliness and organization.
- Report any mechanical issues to the service team.
Mechanic
- Diagnose and repair rental and customer equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Keep the repair shop clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures when handling tools and heavy equipment.
4. Safety & Facility Policies
- Employees must wear proper PPE when working in the yard or repair area.
- Customers are not allowed in the repair area without supervision and PPE.
- Equipment should be secured properly, and workstations cleaned daily.
5. Company Vehicle Policy
- Only eligible employees may use company vehicles.
- Employees must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Company vehicles should be used for work-related purposes only.
- Smoking, unauthorized use, and unsafe driving are prohibited.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay via direct deposit.
- Paid time off: 1 week (Year 1), 2 weeks (Year 3), 3 weeks (Year 5).
- Paid holidays: Christmas and Thanksgiving.
- Health Insurance: Available after 90 days, with the company covering 50% of healthcare premiums and 100% of dental/vision.

7. Common Sense Policy
- Customers who prefer to load equipment themselves assume responsibility for any damages.
- Employees assisting with loading are not responsible for damage if the customer does not request otherwise.
8. Onboarding & Training
- New employees shadow an experienced team member for one day before hiring.
- A 90-day probationary period includes structured training and daily performance reviews.
- Performance is reviewed semi-annually for raises and career advancement.

Required qualifications:- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
- Dress code requirements: No visible facial piercings
- 6+ months of experience in the construction industry
- At least bachelor's degree or higher
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Own a personal vehicle
- Valid auto liability insurance
- Background check

- Able to comfortably lift 70 lbs
