Replies within 24 hoursBenefits:Employer paid life insuranceEmployer paid health insuranceTraining & developmentStart a new career in our repair department!2-3 YEARS REPAIR ADMINISTRATIONEXPERIENCE REQUIREDConstruction Administration duties will includeAdmin assistance to Constr Mgr and Constr Dept Office Manager and staff of project managersCreate and maintain repair files from start to close in an organized fashionPrint and manage all communications during life of project for easy access during ongoing job and after completed and closedUpdate expense sheets per job with weekly receipts for repair work and for various vendor accountsManage client documentations ie docusign or hard copies of initial paperwork contracts revisions upgrades program documents until finality of workAccounts receivable is high requirement - from collections and documenting of deposits to start work draws during work and manage communications for collections of all final funds on day of closing project this will require time management skillsThis position requires multi taskerhighly organizedself motivated individualhigh level of integrity for confidential information and financialsThis position will be paid hourly to start based on experience requiredand will grow with the individual as they grow in their skills and proper management of their job positionEmployee benefits begin after 90 days probationary period and include at this time100% Employer paid Health Insurance and Life insuranceThis Team Oriented Member is needed January 1stSame will have the willingness and ability to help other staff in other areas of this business as needed during staff absences or vacationsA great attitude is required with consistent attendance being critical to be a successful team member and move into full time employment after the probationary periodThis job position is a non-negotiable full time position at 40 hours a week Monday through Friday 8am to 5pmPhysical requirements for this job position includelight liftingdaily use of a flight of stairs is required and non-negotiable for this job positionother standard requirements for a sedentary office positionPlease send us your resume reflecting your required 2-3 years of construction administration experience and include your past job duty detailsPlease supply at least 3 personal/business references for us to contact in order to move into the next stage of applying for this positionPlease note there are skill assessments attached to this job position online - please complete those in order to be considered for the next stage of applying for this great job positionSTARTING JANUARY 1 2026!
