Repair Technician Roofing at Bone Dry Roofing

Here at Bone Dry we also believe in setting our technicians up for success with training opportunities and incredible support. Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspect roofs to determine the best repair procedures.Remove snow water or debris from roofs prior to applying materials.Set-up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs.Estimate materials and labor required to complete roofing jobs.Cement or nail flashing strips of metal or shingle over joints to make them watertight.Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.Prepare and collect invoices.Look for other necessary repairs.Follow all safety procedures.This position is required to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month March through November.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent Valid drivers licensePass a background checkMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs and inspect atticsWillingness to travel up to 5 %Industry experience preferred but not required - we will train!Military service is a plusCompensation and BenefitsHourly pay range $18- $30 commensurate with experience or 100% commission options availableMedical vision and dental insurance availableCompany paid life insuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k) planPTO vacation and sick timeCompany phone truck fuel and fuel provided for company use (this is not a take home vehicle)Bone Dry Roofing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
