JOB SUMMARY
A well-established medical group, serving communities across California since 1987, is seeking a Report Processor to join its team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow professionally in a medical office setting. The Report Processor is responsible for processing, proofreading, and coordinating medical reports while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with patient confidentiality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process medical reports for assigned accounts

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of reports

  • Proofread for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and data accuracy

  • Follow up with physicians regarding report timelines and completeness

  • Coordinate with multiple departments to maintain efficient workflow

  • Ensure reports are delivered on time

  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality

  • Monitor and report feedback for assigned accounts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, ShareFile, Google Calendar, etc.)

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Reliable attendance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other language)

  • Workers Compensation or Medicolegal experience
