Your New Role…
The temporary position in Sports Research is a unique opportunity to work with some of the biggest sports brands in the world!
Using data and personal knowledge about sports, this role will support the creation of insights and storylines surrounding sports programming and sports consumers
The Research Analyst will primarily be responsible for assisting with reporting across B/R’s social portfolio. Successful candidates will have the ability to uncover trends in data and effectively communicate those insights to internal stakeholders.
Role Accountabilities...
- Organize, measure and analyze metrics and KPIs across multiple analytics platforms
- Assist with consistent reporting so stakeholders have a real-time understanding of success/failure
- Assist the Analytics manager by providing key insights to help improve content creation and social programming
- Manage our social content tagging and logging process in order to effectively communicate content trends to our programming and social creation teams.
- Collect and organize social data across the B/R portfolio and competitors to help position B/R in the industry.
Qualifications & Experiences…
- 3+ years of experience working in digital or social media analytics is preferred
- Skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Sport focused work experience is not required, but candidates should demonstrate a basic understanding of sports.
- Familiarity with third party social analytics tools (Sprout, Tubular, Sprinklr etc.) and social listening tools is a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel and Keynote is preferred
- College degree required

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $52,416.00 - $97,344.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
