So personal, in fact, that every application is screened by a member of the HR team or a trained hiring manger!As the Resident Advisor, you would be responsible for:Enforces house rules and conditions of lease agreement; informs tenants of proper reporting process for areas of concern; reports violations to Site Manager for appropriate follow-up.Aids in resolution of conflicts between tenants. Keeps Site Manager and Case Manager aware of tenant problems and any extraordinary incidents regarding tenants.Maintains routine availability for emergency situations in conjunction with Site Manager.Assists in maintenance of building security and all aspects of health and safety at site.Listens and responds to tenants’ requests, suggestions and complaints to avoid and/or solve problems.Adequately maintains lock and security systems; report system failures to site manager immediately.Resident Advisor Minimum Salary: $17.50 per hourResident Advisor Maximum Salary: $20.00 per hourResident Advisor Schedule: Friday - Monday, 9:30pm - 8am (40 hours/week)Qualifications:1 year of experience in a similar roleExperience working with seniorsExcellent problem solving skillsAbility to de-escalate situationsExperience working with diverse populationsWe value work-life balance and offer some stellar benefits: For benefit-eligible positions: Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Retirement planning options Generous Time Off (as an eligible employee, you will accrue up to 23 days off in your first year, based on your standard work day) Click here to view our benefit brochure!
