Apply today and help us create a vibrant caring community where residents feel valued and supported every day.Benefits Include:401K with a 4% safe harbor matchPerks at Work- Discounted pricing on purchasesHoliday Pay including a Floating HolidayGenerous PTO that rolls over year over yearEmployee Assistance ProgramPaycheck AdvancesHealthcare optionsFinancial Hardship ProgramsCompassionate LeavePTO Cashout OptionLocation: Wood Glen Court an Assisted Living communityPay Rate: $18.00-$19.25/hrSchedule: Tuesday - SaturdayPrimary ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage medications as prescribed monitor resident responses and adhere to infection control protocols.Orient and train new Resident Medication Aides (RMAs) and Resident Assistants (RAs) through hands-on mentoring.Maintain accurate resident records documenting medication distribution health changes and incidents in compliance with company policies.Coordinate with the Director of Resident Care (DRC) for staffing needs assist in recruitment and support teamwork among staff.Follow procedures in emergency situations and respond promptly to resident requests for assistance.Ensure the medicine supply room and medication area are organized and compliant with regulations.Assist with staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage per state regulations.Conduct medication audits ensure timely refills and maintain inventory.Facilitate training for new staff on medication administration and facility policies.Document shift reports and ensure effective communication during shift changes.Minimum RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED required.1-2 years of experience in a senior living community.Delegated by a Registered Nurse for medication administration.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Understanding of HIPAA requirements.EOE/M/F/D/VRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Senior Care,Hoyer Lift,Medical office experience,Dementia Care,Home Care,Nursing,Alzheimers Care,Administrative Experience,Meal Preparation,Medication Administration,Memory Care,Tube Feeding Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 18 - 19
