Resident Resolutions Coordinator at AIR Communities

Our Resident Resolutions Coordinator is a very active and fast-paced/ high - volume job. You will be working at our Southgate Towers Apartments a modern Miami Beach Apartment Community with stunning views of Biscayne Bay.  Schedule: Monday - Friday 3 p.m.- 11 p.m. (Schedule may vary)Check them out for yourself here: A bit more about what youll doResponds to and manages resident complaints and or service issuesMay coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns.May help with other resident related issues as assigned.Essential Functions: Supports residents during the move-out process which may include notice to vacate and resident transfers.Follows-up with residents who have issued work order/service requests or expressed issues/concerns with the community.Assist residents with any needRegister cars to park on-siteRegister pets for existing residentsEnter in service requests for residentsAnswer questions regarding service requestsSend communication to residentsResponds to and manages resident complaints and/or service issuesContact residents about policy violationsQualifications : 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment (ie property management hospitality retail restaurant etc.).Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.A reliable mode of transportation.Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.Ability to read write and speak English.Project management and property operations experience preferred.Additional Information : AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual team and company levels.
