Resident Services Assistant at Providence Down Manor- On-Call, Variable Schedule
This position is part of the Sunshine Club- Adult Services
The Participant Support Aide is responsible for assisting with planning, organizing and implementing all program sponsored activity programs for the participants of Providence Senior Village-Sunshine Club. Will assist with ensuring the program is operating within guidelines form the Department of Human Services Senior and People with Disabilities Chapter 411 Division 66. Assist with assessment, service plan, documentation, and responsibility for participants in the program.

Required Qualifications:
- First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) within 30 days of hire
- 2 years of experience in working with Dementia Care or Memory Care.
- Experience in planning care for individuals communication with care providers, and family members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CNA experience.
- Companionship, housekeeping and meal prep experience in a home setting.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
