This includes activities of daily living and providing support for safety health and wellness. This position also assists program staff and the ideal candidate will establish develop and maintain respectful relationships with the people served. The Residential Aide will participate in maintaining a safe harm-free environment for all residents.Working within Adult Services the Residential Aide works on the Residential Behavioral Health Treatment care team to support clients recovery from mental illness substance use and homelessness. Requirements:High School Diploma / GED2 years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalentValid Connecticut Drivers LicenseRegular and predictable attendance is required The Connection Inc. complies with Executive Order 13G.
